Request deletion
You may request deletion of personal information associated with the Bless God app or Social Conversation Studio, including information received through Facebook or Instagram.
- Email team@blessgod.co or our data protection contact with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Include the Facebook or Instagram username, email address, or other account identifier needed to locate your information.
- Do not send your password, access token, or other login credentials.
What happens next
We may request limited information to verify that the request concerns you. After verification, we will delete or de-identify the applicable information without undue delay and instruct relevant service providers to do the same, except where retention is legally permitted or required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance.
Disconnecting a Facebook or Instagram account stops future access but may not delete information received previously. Use the process above to request deletion of previously received information.
An authorized owner of a connected Bless God account may use the same process to request deletion of the platform data processed for that account.
