Welcome to Bless God. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bless God app and related services, including the Social Conversation Studio (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided for Bless God Studios, Ruslan KD, the Bless God Team, and Kings Dream Entertainment, with technology operated by BornesPro Media, operated by Brandon Bornes (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
The Services provide ministry notifications, prayer requests, praise reports, related updates, and tools that authorized team members use to review and respond to communications involving connected Bless God Instagram and Facebook accounts. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Services.
Accounts & Registration
- You may join with your email address, or verify your identity using Google Sign-In for full access.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your subscription or device.
Notifications
By joining, you consent to receive push notifications and related communications from the ministry. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or by adjusting your preferences in the App.
Social Conversation Studio
The Social Conversation Studio is an internal workspace for authorized personnel. It may display Instagram and Facebook messages, public comments, conversation context, reply drafts, keyword matches, and approved responses made available through authorized Meta account connections.
Some features may use configured rules or artificial intelligence to suggest responses, organize conversations, or identify common questions for connected Bless God accounts. Suggestions may be inaccurate and must be reviewed when human review is required. Automated replies remain subject to separate account permissions, platform rules, communication windows, and safety controls. The Services may not be used for unsolicited outreach, spam, or any attempt to bypass a platform restriction.
Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Firebase, GoHighLevel, OpenAI, and Vercel. Use of each integration is subject to its applicable terms, policies, permissions, and technical limits. The Services do not authorize conduct that a connected platform prohibits, and availability of a third-party integration is not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Services — including text, graphics, logos, and media — is owned by or licensed to the applicable Bless God content owner and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will always be delivered on time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruslan KD, the Bless God Team, and Kings Dream Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
